our values
Our people hold the following
values in respect of charitable activity and contribution:
- To give without expecting
anything in return, placing the needs of others
before our own.
- To ensure that the greatest
amount of benefit can be delivered with the resources
we have available to us.
- To act in a way which delivers
assistance to areas of need without being motivated
by the need to make ourselves feel good about what
is being done.
- We develop long term relationships
with those we assist with a view to delivering sustainable
support.
- We seek to raise awareness
of the areas we aim to help, and encourage involvement
from the individuals within Troika.
- We always seek to understand
more about the areas we wish to care for and get
close to those we wish to help.
- We will not undertake activity
motivated in order to promote the name of Troika
or the Troika Foundation.

support
The Troika Foundation focuses the majority of its
resources on three areas of significant need chosen
by the employees of Troika. These are:
Homelessness
Children
in need
Care
for cancer sufferers
Over the last few years the Troika Foundation has
developed strong relationships with a number of
partner charities operating in each of these areas.
Financial and other support is given to assist with
specific projects.
In addition to the primary areas of need above,
the Troika Foundation reserves some of its funding
each year to allow the employees of Troika to suggest
to the Trustees other areas of need which are important
to them. In 2005 £18,000 was given in this
way to over 40 different causes.
We also actively promote and encourage everyone
to get involved in other support activities with
charitable causes. Over recent years a number of
very successful charitable volunteer days have been
organized.
As a result of our ongoing contribution to
the Lord’s Taveners, Troika has partly sponsored
a specially adapted minibus which was donated to
the Hazel Court School in Eastbourne. .
